Maiti Nepal Australia is a Western Australian based non-profit organisation,
focused on stopping the sex trafficking of girls.
As the Australian Partner to Maiti Nepal we provide support to the Kathmandu based organisation through donations and publicity.
Maiti Nepal Australia was founded in 2011 and have been fighting for the women of Nepal ever since. From our base in Western Australia we work tirelessly to share and publicise the crimes against women taking place in Nepal.
The meaning of “Maiti” can be defined as the home of the girl’s parents, where she receives love and support until she joins her husbands’ family. A name that fits perfectly to the people working day and night to save and protect abducted women.
